We were looking for a home in Maine with a limited savings, and found a fixer-upper in the charming coastal city of Eastport. Samra Kuseybi was the realtor who answered our inquiry about the property, who guided us through the home purchase process, and gave us plenty of information and advice about how to proceed with getting a local contractor to help us. When we started our search for land in Maine, we did not really know exactly what type of property we wanted to buy.  After searching online and dealing with other agents, we were fortunate to meet Samra Kuseybi.  We recall meeting Samra at a beautiful coastal property that she was listing.  It must have quickly become clear to Samra that this was a new experience for us and we had a lot to learn.  Samra was quite understanding, asking questions and trying to understand our needs.  After visiting a few more properties independently, we decided we needed to work with our own agent.  Many of the agents we encountered along the way seemed rushed, unresponsive or impatient because we could not be more specific about our needs.  At that point, Samra gave us a follow-up call to see how we were doing and we decided to work with her exclusively.  It was a good move.  Samra was patient with us in our search, knows that area very well and helped focus our search on the right type of properties.  Samra is easy to work with, professional, competent and most of all she follows-up on the details.  If Samra tells you she is going to do something, she does it.  Samra appears to be mostly interested in the satisfaction of her clients.  No sales pressure.  She communicates clearly and effectively.  Samra is comfortable telling you the good about a property, but also potential issues to consider.  We quickly developed a trust level with Samra and that has continued throughout our search.  We closed on our beautiful new coastal property last week.  Samra is still helping us connect with local contractors and others in the community.  All in all Samra has made our search for coastal property in Maine an enjoyable and rewarding experience.  In our book Samra gets 5 stars!
