Nathan Gandy

A graduate of Maine Maritime Academy and retired Naval Aviator, Nathan joined The Christopher Group in 2021 after serving as the Commandant at Maine Maritime Academy and is now turning his focus and drive to real estate.

A graduate of Maine Maritime Academy and retired Naval Aviator, Nathan joined The Christopher Group in 2021 after serving as the Commandant at Maine Maritime Academy and is now turning his focus and drive to real estate.

Nathan brings a uniquely diverse background to the team. He earned his bachelor's degree in engineering from Maine Maritime Academy in 1992 and his Master's in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College in 2005. In addition to his military career, he has taught courses in leadership, philosophy, and national/geopolitical strategy to both graduate and undergraduate students.

An active member of the community, Nathan is a member of the Board of Directors for the Peninsula Ambulance Corps and his pastimes include coaching rugby, homestead farming, sailing the beautiful coast of Maine, and travel.

Throughout his previous careers, Nathan has been involved in real estate through investment properties and is excited to now be facilitating others on realizing their real estate dreams.
