Kim has been practicing real estate full time in Maine since 2013 and in 2020 took over managing The Christopher Group as its Designated Broker. 

Kim earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of South Carolina, then worked in member relations and marketing with the Columbia Convention & Visitor’s Bureau. Kim later joined Policy Management Systems Corporation, also in SC, coordinating international accounting management teams, working with corporate expatriates and foreign consulates among a variety of other responsibilities.

In 2010 Kim started her own business by representing a number of vacation homes in the Schoodic Peninsula as a Rental Agent. Real estate sales was a natural progression.

Whether it’s helping a buyer choose the perfect home or business or showcasing a listing to help sellers realize the full potential of their property, Kim brings professionalism and expertise to help clients achieve a successful closing.
