Kim Rush has the local area knowledge and resources to help you sell your property or find the perfect home to buy.  She has lived and worked in the Downeast Region of Maine since 1998 when she and her family permanently moved to this area that they all love.

In 2013 she became a real estate licensee with The Christopher Group practicing real estate full time. She advanced her license to the Broker level and in 2020 took over managing The Christopher Group as its Designated Broker.  Kim and her mother own The Christopher Group and work side-by-side serving Downeast Maine with the highest level of integrity and expertise.

Prior to moving to Maine, Kim earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of South Carolina.

Love of real estate was ingrained in Kim early. Weekend drives when she was a child often took them to look at houses for sale that sometimes became family investments and renovation projects. Kim and her family bought an old farmhouse in Franklin, Maine and renovated it throughout their 16 years there.  She now lives in Trenton (also Maine) with her husband and all three of their adult children live nearby.

Currently Kim is serving her professional organization, The Mid-Coast Board of Realtors, as its 2026 & 2027 President and serves on the Maine Association of Realtors Board of Directors.

Whether it’s helping a buyer choose the perfect home or showcasing a listing to help sellers realize the full potential of their property, Kim brings professionalism and expertise to help clients achieve a successful closing.
