Joe has dedicated his entire career to helping people. He was born and raised in Castine and Penobscot. Joe attended George Stevens Academy in Blue Hill for high school.  After high school he earned his Paramedic certificate at Northeastern University in Burlington, MA then quickly returned to the area he loves. He has been a Firefighter/Paramedic for the City of Bangor for 27 years and is currently a Fire Captain. He also dedicated 30 years of service to Peninsula Ambulance in Blue Hill where he started as a driver while still in high school. Joe holds an associate's degree in both Fire Science from EMCC and Legal Technologies from UMO.

Joe currently lives in Bucksport with his wife Cecilia. They have been happily married for 27+ years and have 2 grown children and 3 grandsons that he adores. Joe enjoys fishing, hunting and spending time at camp on Toddy Pond. In the summer he takes pleasure hauling lobster traps in Castine Harbor and boating to secluded islands in the Penobscot Bay area.

In 2019 Joe started his journey in real estate. His knowledge of the Penobscot River towns and Coastal communities is extensive and he is excited to show you the beautiful opportunities that these areas provide.
